Attached is a pdf for your membership renewal for the 2020/2021
financial year.  If you would like a word document please let me know. 
Please complete and sign the form and return either by email or give it
to me at the club.

As advised in the May newsletter the fee has been discounted by 3 months
i.e., you only pay the fee for 9 months.  You also have the option of
paying the full amount by 1 July or paying in three monthly instalments
with the first payment on 1 July.

The preferred payment method is eft.  Please use your surname as the
reference when paying by eft and email to advise that you have done so. 
Alternatively, please give payment with the form at the club.
